So you're having trouble getting everything done and focusing on yourself? The Uplfit Game Solo Pack is here!
The Solo Pack is designed to elicit new habits while prompting you to do simple tasks such as get rid of unused subscriptions, to calling a friend and reminiscing. Each day choose a card and make sure to complete the card by the end of the day. If you want to choose more than one card for the day, that's up to you! You can even choose a card from each category!
This deck contains five different categories:

Mind Candy - brings you to the here and now and challenges your thinking skills
Pulse - designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving
Recess - focuses on your relationships with yourself and others
